Kelsey made me feel at ease right away. I have very thin fine hair and right away she suggested a product that I loved. Actually took the time to ask me what I wanted for my hair cut and suggested EXACTLY what I was hoping for. A lot of people just do what they want but I was so glad she asked me before she did if I’d like that and it all was a yes! I’ve been a loyal client of this salon for over two years and have always enjoyed my experience, which is why this situation was so disappointing. I understand and respect that businesses have cancellation policies. However, I had an unexpected death in my family that required me to leave the state. Rooted salon is fantastic! Everyone you meet from the moment you walk in is friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing. They offer you snacks and drinks, weighted towels, head massages, and the works. The entire place has a relaxing vibe. Ashley did an amazing job touching up my gray blending. The results are beautiful! Highly recommend!
