I had single process color which I paid $250 with Mayce. My roots color faded after two weeks. Very expensive service, but no customer satisfaction! Just bringing some justifications not to accept /resolve their mistakes. Fancy salon to offer beverages and etc but not responsible or customer satisfaction at all! Awful! Never ever come back here!

Have made an appointment a week ago in person at the salon, worked my schedule around the appointment. When I showed up, they said they don’t have me on the schedule with the response “ I’m sorry, hun” completely disregard and disrespect to client’s time and plans. Very unprofessional.

Very clean and cozy salon!! Love the atmosphere and how friendly the staff were!! Had a beautiful haircut and brow wax by Katelyn, loved it!! Definitely coming back!!

I've been coming to see Selina since September and all 3 visits have been superb. They multitask really well. The salon is beautiful. And never in my life of getting my hair done have I been offered a weighted blanket...omg it's so relaxing while they're massaging your scalp washing your hair. It's really an experience. The prices here are very reasonable (to me) for the level of services provided. Selina does a fantastic job on my hair every visit and I walk out loving it.
