This salon stands out from others. After I arrived I was served a delicious refreshment while I waited for my stylist. It was a Chai Snickerdoodle Latte topped with a cinnamon stick! I was nervous about my thin, frizzy hair, but my stylist, Kelsey, went over all of the options regarding products and made me feel at ease. To say salon rooted is amazing is an understatement. I have been coming to this lovely salon for a little over a year and the whole team is absolutely incredible. It all starts at the entrance where you are welcome with love and amazing customer service. I have gotten blowouts, single process color, and cuts with the results ever so beautiful. first time here and definitely will be coming back! ashley did a great job washing my hair it was very relaxing. mayce cut my hair and she was kind, funny and knowledgeable. definitely book an appointment here !! :)
Loved Mayce, i was so scared to get a new hair dresser after basically my whole life of going to the salon by myself childhood home. Mayce did a great job matching to pictures my previous style, had some great suggestions, and was a delight to talk to (especially about Love Island) Also I had never been to their old location but I LOVEE the vibe in this place.
