Well Carson you installed my furnace 2 years ago, did a great job of it. However this is the second time I have called regarding water leak. No call back, no show up, even on a Sunday, money in your pocket would have been more! I will never get nor recommend Rooted to anyone!
I can't say enough good things about these guys. We had an issue with our furnace and I got a call back within 15 minutes and they were able to get to us very quickly. The person doing the work was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even took the time to put on covers for his boots before coming inside. He did a great job and took the time to explain what the problem was and what he was doing and what to look for in the future. I recommend Rooted very highly. Carson arranged a day, and they called that morning with a time as well. The guys were very knowledgeable, quick and great to deal with. Very satisfied with the entire service experience.
+33° AC quit, 1 call to "Rooted" they came checked everthing out, new AC installed !! Just like that!! Thank you Carson and team for excellent speedy service!
