Working with Dr. Ariel was the best investment I made in myself during my pregnancy and postpartum journey! Dr. Ariel has been nothing but amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable about pelvic floor but also how it relates to our body as a whole and how being hypermobile can impact this as well. She does an amazing job of ensuring that the exercises she provides me with are functional, practical and meaningful for me and my lifestyle. I highly highly recommend her!
