I walked in while exploring the area and was dazzled by all the lovely plants, crystals, books, journals and more. The prices were surprisingly reasonable! The owner was so gracious and sweet. They have workshops too!
Rooted Living is a fantastic shop, With a really friendly staff. They carry so much more than plants: housewares, decorations, locally made gifts, children’s toys, and even some items for your furry family members! Lynn (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) is so knowledgeable about plants and is always willing to help diagnose what’s going on as well as provide great solutions. Cannot recommend the store enough its quite the Avondale gem!
Looove this store. The girl with the pink tortoise glasses was so kind and helpful. She gave me good instructions on caring for my new plants. Prices were also decent and it smelled amazing.
I love this shop. Every visit makes me feel good and it has become a go to for gifts and plants. I recently took the Houseplants Care 101 class after taking a flower arranging class in the past and always learn so much. Lynn has so much knowledge. Love having Rooted Living in the neighborhood.
