My wife and I absolutely love Rooted in Wellness. I originally started going myself, and I was already impressed with the experience, the atmosphere, and how genuinely caring everyone is. But after I started going, my wife decided to give it a try as well, especially because they offered pregnancy massages. She absolutely fell in love with it. Renee is a very detailed licensed massage therapist who does a great job with relieving pain and stress, as well as explaining her processes. I’ve been going to her for over 10 years!
Getting massages at Rooted in Wellness is my one self care that I will never give up!! I see Renee who does a fabulous job at finding knots I didn’t even know I had and always makes me feel so much better and relaxed! I will always recommend
