Every session I have with Carrie is healing and informative. I always feel I am heard, and she is caring and down to earth. It is evident that she is a very intuitive practitioner. I would highly recommend Rooted in Tradition for anyone new to acupuncture, or those who have used it often.
My experience with Carrie has been amazing. My symptoms (which I have had for over a year) reduced by 75% after only one session with her, and continue to improve with each treatment. Carrie has an incredible depth of knowledge, and does an excellent job of teaching you exactly what is happening in the body to cause dysfunction. She is professional, friendly and warm. She also practices out of a beautiful office that is very Zen :) I am so thankful I found Carrie, and I recommend her to everyone!
