We were grateful to be able to meet with an occupational therapist to discuss some challenges we were having with our baby’s behaviours and preferences. As first time parents, it was hard to know how best to guide her development, and Melissa was excellent at calming our concerns and helping guide us in how we can best support our child. I would highly recommend the OT services here for parents who need guidance on how to help their child with their “job” of learning and playing!
I had my first appointment with Erica and it was an incredibly positive experience. They took the time to listen closely to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel truly heard and supported. I appreciated how thorough the assessment was and how clearly everything was explained to me. I left the appointment feeling hopeful, empowered, and with a personalized plan that actually makes sense for my lifestyle and health goals.
