I love how direct primary care has changed how I view and experience health care –emphasis on CARE. To not be beholden to the whims of "the insurance company" has enabled an environment where I finally feel I can have a relationship with my doctor based on care (not fretting over co-pays…). I can have an in-person appointment or a virtual consultation, and we can simply talk and explore, ask questions, and work to actually find solutions. I feel actually CARED for. Always gentle in manner, but super sharp and focused in diagnosing and treating health problems and issues. Dr. Imperial is a gem!
My wife and I were a little skeptical about a place with so few reviews, but after going, we absolutely love the place and love the business model. My wife has a subscription and I’ll be getting one tomorrow!
I have seen Dr. Imperial for many years. Dr. Imperial and his staff are very personable and provide a very comfortable office experience. His office is convenient to contact and alway respond to my calls very timely. Dr. Imperial is very knowledgeable and treats patients on a personal level by being committed to caring for your overall wellness instead of just treating symptoms. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Imperial to anyone!
Excellent care and a much, much more pleasant experience than most medical offices. Clean and homey, easy to get in on short notice, friendly staff.
