My emergency appointment with Ragan today went very well. First class treatment as always.
said i didnt like the jags at the front of my mouth so she put some magic gel on befor jaging me and i didnt feel a thing , best dentist ever
5 star with and asterisk! Friendly, warm staff. Lovely facilities/environment. Always been happy with treatment/service. However, need to be more transparent with costs. Tendency to land customers with bills without highlighting prices beforehand. Also, having just gone for a check-up, I was charged £16.50 for a scale and polish, which took 2-3 minutes and happened automatically without consent. Amazing treatment from all the staff at Rooted. 😁 Was there with my kids today for their 6 monthly check ups and the staff are so kind and caring towards them making their experience as comfortable as possible. Place is immaculate and gives off a chill vibe. Doesn’t feel like you’re in a dentist waiting room!! Highly recommend. xxx
I was seen by dentist Anton on Thursday 7th August 2025 and, as on previous occasions, I was mightily impressed. There is a very pleasant environment at Rooted dental. From the welcoming, helpful, friendly reception staff that put you at ease, to the friendly, informative, professional, skillful dental staff, it was a highly efficient and effective experience. Highly recommended
