After weeks of low back pain I finally got some relief. She took time to target aeras of concern. Very good education and reminders to try gentle stretches and regular use heat or ice. About 2 hours after massage I was back to standing up straight and walking again with no back pain. Highly recommend!!
Omayra gave me the best massage for my right shoulder and neck. Being recently postpartum she hit the exact points that are overworked after carrying a baby every day and breastfeeding. Shes excellent. I’m a chiropractor and I work very heavily muscles with clients - I’m always seeking someone who works like I do. And I’ve finally found it.
