Annoyed to say the least!! Had an appointment with Abbie @ 11 today Wednesday the 19th. Drove 52 min, arrived @ 10:30 and there was no one at the shop. Abbie called me at 10:57 telling me she was about to pull in but she had forgot her shop keys. She wanted to know if I could come in on Saturday instead. I sat at the shop and additional 30 min and she never showed up. This could be a honest mistake or not but my time is valuable to me and gas isn't cheap. When I walked into the place, it was dirty, and the waiting seats had dog and people hair all over them. My hairdresser was over 15 minutes late for my appointment. When my hairdresser finally arrived, they brought a dog with them. I asked for a wolf cut and even showed pictures of the style I wanted. However, I received something different. While the result was cute, it was not what I asked for at all.
