I debated adding this review because I know it is a big swing from 5 star reviews for this salon. But I had the worst haircut of my life a couple weeks ago that still makes me cringe when I look in the mirror. I don’t want anyone having this same experience. This review is also my request that this salon stop advertising they do dry curly cuts on their website. From the moment I called Rooted Beauty to book my very first appointment, I felt welcomed. The person who answered the phone was so friendly and warm, and when I arrived, I was greeted with a beautiful smile and such a kind demeanor from the staff. Rooted Beauty is such a wonderful salon! The space is beautiful, welcoming, and always feels relaxing from the moment you walk in. Everyone on the team is so friendly, talented, and professional, and it’s clear they really care about their clients. Natalie does my hair and she is amazing.
