I came in for shoulder pain and general back tightness. I had a sports massage and cupping and couldn’t believe how much it helped. I felt comfortable the whole time and the space was very clean. My provider listened and asked questions while I explained my back issues and communicated about what she thought would help best. 10/10
Melissa is caring, professional, and helped me to feel completely comfortable. She intentfully listened to what struggles I have with my body, addressed them with a deep tissue massage, and we are working towards healing through multiple sessions because of the muscle tension. Had my first ever cupping session and massage with Bonnie! Given that this was my intro into cupping, Bonnie made a point to walk me through what I’d be experiencing, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the duration of my appointment.
