I havent actually been here. I've called 3 seperate times on different days, different times when they were open, used their text service to contact them. I really wanted to go here because they have such great reviews but I cant even book an appointment or have anyone answer the phone. They have an online booking you can do but I had a few questions before booking. Its a shame because I really was looking forward to going here.
Haygen did an amazing job on my hair!! It was the best communication I’ve felt that I’ve ever had at a salon, and really helped me understand why I may not have been happy in the past. She listened to all of my past issues, and formulated a plan that would fix them! Thanks again Haygen! (I promise I’ll come back unlike before. )
