Dr. Patel and his Staff were very attentive to my comfort and expedient during my unexpected root canal.
A couple of weeks ago, I went to Rootcare Endodontics in McKinney for a root canal. I usually don’t write reviews, but I genuinely felt that this office, the staff, and especially Dr. Patel, deserve some recognition. Just had a root canal done yesterday, I've always heard horrible things about how awful root canals are but I had a virtually painless experience. Everyone on the staff were very nice and Dr. Patel and his assistant were both very attentive to any potential discomfort I was experiencing. It was a quick and easy procedure, done at a reasonable price, if I ever need further work done I'll definitely return and if anyone I know ever needs one done they'll have my highest possible recommendation!
The dental assistant requests a review on the way out, so take these reviews with a grain of salt. I had my 8th root canal here 4 months ago (regular endo no longer covered). A few minutes after the numbing shot, it became difficult to breathe or open my mouth all the way, and that is still happening. The tooth is more tender now than it was before, and there is an occasional crunching sound and sensation. The xrays always end up needing to be retaken, sometimes multiple times.
