RootbGone Sewer came out to my house in Westland to declog my sewer line/pipe. They snaked it, but not all the tree roots were budging. They even showed me how the snake couldn’t get the job done and that it needed to be hydro-jetted. They left and came back with the hydrojet and they were able to clear the pipes of the tree roots. I called them with a major drain issue, and they arrived at my house within 2 hours—incredibly fast response time. They quickly snaked the main drain and identified the problem: tree roots. Even more impressive, they returned the same day to hydro jet the main line and completely resolved the issue. Professional, efficient, and thorough.
