I called them with a major drain issue, and they arrived at my house within 2 hours—incredibly fast response time. They quickly snaked the main drain and identified the problem: tree roots. Even more impressive, they returned the same day to hydro jet the main line and completely resolved the issue. Professional, efficient, and thorough. Very thankful I found these guys! I called in the morning and they were able to come out later the same day. They were very knowledgeable and no nonsense. Our plumbing issues were resolved quickly and the price was fair. I'll definitely be calling them for any plumbing issues in the future.

RootbGone Sewer came out to my house in Westland to declog my sewer line/pipe. They snaked it, but not all the tree roots were budging. They even showed me how the snake couldn’t get the job done and that it needed to be hydro-jetted. They left and came back with the hydrojet and they were able to clear the pipes of the tree roots. The guys came to my house promptly and fixed our backed up sewer line in less than an hour. They were professionals, the process was quick and no mess was left behind. These guys are amazing and I plan on calling them with any issues I may have in the future.
