We had RootBGone come out to our Allen Park home to look at what we thought was a main line issue. Robert came out assessed the issue and informed us that it was just two branch lines that was the problem and not the main. He then snaked both drains and provided us with the root cause of the problem. I highly recommend him as he did a great job and also reduced the cost by finding the true cause of the problem.
Excellent service, trustworthy, came out same day I called while other places wouldn't be until after Thanksgiving! We had sewage coming up from our drain in the basement. They saved the day, but also our Thanksgiving holiday! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I would give you all 10 stars!!
I called them with a major drain issue, and they arrived at my house within 2 hours—incredibly fast response time. They quickly snaked the main drain and identified the problem: tree roots. Even more impressive, they returned the same day to hydro jet the main line and completely resolved the issue. Professional, efficient, and thorough. Discovered black water in our basement sink and called for immediate help. I called at 830am, they were in our house videoing the sewer line by 1130am. Discovered a tree root had significantly blocked the line, so they used the hydro jet to clear, then showed me on camera the success after. Great experience, great family Company. Livonia resident here, I’d recommend.
Great people very knowledgeable and professional took care of my drain I had enough roots in my sewer I could of made homemade root beer lol. But on a serious note I wouldn't call any other company and believe me I had my share of companies best one so far. Thank you Robert and his technician they jet cleaned my whole system
