I came to Rootbar because it’s close to where I live, but the haircut experience was disappointing. Sarah was kind and patient, but her technique felt uncertain. She started by cutting my long hair short in separate sections instead of one even baseline, which left the ends uneven, bulky, and with harsh layers. Overall, the process felt unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend Rootbar for haircuts — they might be stronger in colouring, which I didn’t try, but the haircutting experience is less than satisfactory.
