I love Root 6 Salon! This is the only place I come to for my hair because not only do they do great at styling hair, but they also care for their clients. As someone who is indecisive and sometimes does not what to do with my hair, they are great at giving advice. That is always appreciated. Definitely recommend them.

Root6 is by far the best salon in CT, which I’m happy to be a costumer since 2021. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair after them. Today I have the tape extensions and the most beautiful highlights I’ve ever had. Raquel and Nice are the kindest people in the world and I recommend them to everyone who really wants a high quality hair treatment. 100%
Absolutely amazing since day 1! I always get what I want and Raquel has extended knowledge with hair coloring, deciding what’s best for my hair texture and style. Niecy is a very experienced hairdresser and does a great job, especially when working with children! They go above and beyond to keep a client happy!
I went for both a cut and color. So many times I was left alone while the two staff went into the closet area marked “private” for 15-20 minutes at a time. I’ve never been colored before just slapping the brush against my head very sloppy. I then went to the sink where I was uncomfortably left with my head back in the sink for another 15- 20 minutes while another client came in for a wash and blow out (not to mention being rinsed with very cold water).
