Awesome space, great service
I went here as a previous Kombachu jar brewer. That means I use to brew my own booch batch. I really developed a taste for Kombachu. Its great to see a place totally dedicated to the extremely healthy craft. They have different flavors of booch. They can make cocktails out them, which are fantastic. You can order it either way and they have many cans for sale as well. Its a lot like a brewery, but more unique.
Had my kombucha phase a few years ago, so I had to stop in when I stumbled on this place recently. I've had hundreds of bottles, but always off store shelves, mostly syrup-flavored and commercially processed. Since the base fermentation already gives that fizz and acidity, I figured the flavoring wouldn't make much difference. But these were low-key some of the best kombucha I've ever had.
