I’ve had massages before, but my Ashi Hybrid Bodywork massage with Kelly was a massage at a whole new level!! Kelly’s intuition is amazing; her hands (and her feet!) just “know” exactly where I need the most attention. I also really love and appreciate how she addresses the underlying emotions that impact the physical aspect of our bodies. She was so nice and helpful. And the massage was amazing. She has a very relaxing environment and is kind and thorough. She even recommended a product that could help and showed me how to stretch my neck.
I have been to Kelly now a few times over the last 6 months, and she is amazing! She looks at the whole body, but just physically but mentally and stressors that might be effecting your body. She focuses on problem areas if you have them, and does an amazing job! I highly recommend!
Kelly is knowledgeable in anatomy and not only focused on problem areas I had, but found tension I didn’t even know existed. She also provided good tips to do at home and recommended a follow up to a chiropractor as well to ensure I can be pain-free again. If you’ve never tried ashiatsu massage, I’d highly recommend it. The best 90 minute massage I’ve EVER had! Kelly is professional and knowledgeable. She took time before my service to discuss my intentions for the massage (relaxation, stress relief, etc). During the massage she offered assisted / moving stretches to work and relax the muscles. Kelly personalized the massage to focus on areas of tightness / tension. I left my service feeling relaxed, calm, and with an overall sense of peace. I cannot wait to come back for my next massage with Kelly at Root To Rise.
