Mr Harley came out to my mothers house, after she had multiple company’s give her estimates, he took a look at what she had going on and was not only kind enough to beat the price, he went the extra mile to explain to her how she was being way over charged! This is an honest, family run business. I called looking to "upgrade" my water heater to a newer fancier model, and they took the time to clarify my needs, asked about the brand & model I have and proceeded to tell me I already had a great water heater that would likely last another 10 years. Needed prompt service to get my house ready to be placed on the market and so we could wash our hands in the sink in general. My step dad tried 3 times to fix the leak under my sink from us putting in a new sink and we could not get the connections correct due to my house being older.
