Maybe reconsider your decision in hiring someone like this. This is what they left my bathroom looking like after I left them in my house to do repairs while I was running some errands. This is totally unacceptable, and even took my money without coming to further fix the repair. Horrible absolutely horrendous service. The dude reeked of alcohol too!
Reached out to Root scooter plumbing because we were having issues with both of our toilets flushing, they asked what the issue was over the phone and advised me that I needed our septic tank pumped, instead of coming out and charging a service fee they were up front and honest! Now that’s what I quality service! 10/10 recommend using them!
Mr Harley came out to my mothers house, after she had multiple company’s give her estimates, he took a look at what she had going on and was not only kind enough to beat the price, he went the extra mile to explain to her how she was being way over charged! Harley is a man of his word and has a great work ethic along with a heart for his customers! This is an honest, family run business. I called looking to "upgrade" my water heater to a newer fancier model, and they took the time to clarify my needs, asked about the brand & model I have and proceeded to tell me I already had a great water heater that would likely last another 10 years. This is what you call honesty and integrity. They've saved me a bunch of money and now are my go-to company for any future plumbing work. Thanks so much Harley!
