I just finished with a 90 minute massage that was a fusion of fascial release, trigger point, Swedish massage, reflexology, and acupressure....all I can say is, "WOW!" I'm rehabbing from a low back injury and L5/SI sprain I triggered doing yoga sculpt 2 weeks ago, with chiropractic, stretching, topical CBD, supplements, and kineseotape only going so far.
