John (owner) and Scott came to my house today and worked on a clogged pipe for nearly two hours. They were super hardworking and honest when they said they couldn't get it. They gave me good next steps and a recommended plumber when they determined the solution may be out of their wheelhouse. This is the second time I've used Roto-Matic (first was at a different property) and I've been happy both times. I'll be calling them back if needed in the future.
John fixed my plumbing problems quickly and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this business.
