Josh and Adian was fantastic, arrived 15 minutes before scheduled time and began working immediately. Fixed problem and Josh even went above and beyond by identifying other issues in kitchen and bathroom drains. Very nice guys, would have them back anytime.
used this company before a few years back for a plumbing issue, we called them back for another problem. this time the company sent josh and adian which were polite and professional we couldn't ask for a better company to use.
We took on renovating our family home due to my mother's unexpected passing. A home that has not been updated for over 50 years! There team has come in and completed multiple jobs for us and has been one of the easiest, professional and substantial companies we've had to endure during this difficult time frame. Highly recommend! Professional! Phenomenal people overall.
We had a backflow issue in our guest room and couldn’t unclog it with regular drain snakes. Root Masters was recommended to us by our neighbor. Josh and Aidan came and did an excellent job — they cleaned the waste line, which effectively resolved the backflow, cleared the vent that was also clogged with debris, and helped restore the toilet. We truly appreciated their honesty, expertise, and kindness. We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend them to our close friends and family.
