Wanted work done to the tune of $6500.00 the owner Frank came out to my home and talked a big talk on what i needed basically a sump pump installation. The owner of the company would not call be back after many calls to his personal cell phone. Left me hanging for several weeks wanting the work done . A big mystery, look elsewhere if you want work done can't trust this company to even get the job done.
Jason was great! Helped with our plumbing issue and cleaned EVERYTHING out!
They did an excellent job cleaning my main drain line. Ran the snake through multiple times to make sure everything was cleared. The service tech Jason was professional and accommodating. Will be getting annual cleaning from them. Absolutely satisfied.
The company tells you one price and after the work is done. I WAS CHARGED $.390.00 FOR TEN MINUTES OF WORK PAYING FOR TWO TECHNICIAN AND ONE TECH WAS A YOUNG KID THAT SHOULD BEEN IN SCHOOL. BUT THAT'S MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY I WISH I COULD MAKE $ 400.00 IN TEN MINUTES JUST TO LET THEM KNOW THEY LOST A RETURNING CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF GREED.
There are not enough words to express how amazing Frank and his team are. We got many sewer line repair and clean out installation estimates based off camera footage from a previous company. Root Master's estimate was half of every other quote we had gotten from competitors. Once they got down there, they fixed the issue and our total cost was almost half of the original estimate based on what they found! I am so grateful we were referred to root masters and I hope you consider them for your next plumbing project.
