We had a backflow issue in our guest room and couldn’t unclog it with regular drain snakes. Root Masters was recommended to us by our neighbor. Josh and Aidan came and did an excellent job — they cleaned the waste line, which effectively resolved the backflow, cleared the vent that was also clogged with debris, and helped restore the toilet. We truly appreciated their honesty, expertise, and kindness. We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend them to our close friends and family.
