I had my hair straightened several days ago which lightened and made it brassy and reddish instead of warm brown. I had a conversation with the owner, Remy on the phone the day before my appointment.  She sounded like she knew exactly what was wrong with my hair and what needed to be done. I went to Meghan for the first time after talking with the owner Remy at Roots in Middletown RI.  She made it sound like she knew exactly what the problem was and exactly like what to do and she said she would instruct megan but she did not .
