Love this spot! Great bartenders, great wines and spirits, along with a wonderful short list of elevated food options. A slightly hidden GEM just up from the center of Vail’s iconic Bridge St & Gore Creek intersection.
Our entire doctor retreat was built around community, education, mental health, connection, and remembering that there is a whole person beyond the dental chair. Root & Flower was the perfect way to end it. Samantha the owner was great to work with logistically. We brought our doctors and their spouses in for a cocktail making experience, and it was exactly what we wanted. Something fun, interactive, and completely outside of dentistry. New favorite spot for drinks and appetizers/light dinner. Pirate Life old fashioned was 💣 service was so great too. Great atmosphere too.
As a local I avoid this place. Good luck getting a drink here - I’ve stood at the bar for 10 mins on two separate occasions and wasn’t even greeted.
