I am very impressed with the services offered by Walda Laurenceau at Root and Essence Acupuncture. I have had chronic pain in my lower back for decades. It has been manageable in the past, but recently I have experienced episodes of intense pain. I contacted Ms. Laurenceau through her website. Setting up an initial appointment was very easy. I had a wonderful experience at Root & Essence Accupuncture. I was warmly welcomed by Walda and was treated to a tea tasting and an informative pelvic floor presentation given by her guest speaker, Dr.Tulsi Shah. Walda took the time to listen and explained how her varied professional offerings could support my healing journey. She is a very grounded and knowledgeable person and I am very happy to have met her.

I am soooooo thankful for Root & Essence Acupuncture, ir truly is God send. I have lost weight, began eating better and sleep through the night. I didn't for months. I had 4 sessions and Walda fixed problems I had for months!

My experience with Root & Essence Acupuncture has been wonderful. I have had 2 sessions of Acupuncture and face cupping and my face feels and looks so much better. In this clean, relaxing atmosphere you will also receive great advice and care information. I highly recommend and look forward to future appointments.

Walda has helped my mother in more ways than one. My Mother has gained a little weight, she has better mobility, has walked more and has better eating habits. The meals and teas Walda has given tips on for us to follow are working out. Thanks Walda!
