The supposedly simple service my mother went to get couldn’t have been handled with less care than if a monkey had done it. She had needed a simple root canal and filling, only for the filling to come out shallow, jagged, and poorly done. It only lasted two days until it cracked and fell out, when she was brought back in to have their mistakes corrected, proper steps like basic cleaning of the root canal was not done and was VERY sloppily filled once more. I cannot thank Dr. Goodwin and his staff enough. I had been in pain for well over a week, so I was concerned as it was a few days out from the 4th of July that I was going to have to deal with this for another week or more. His staff was able to get me right in and perform a root canal. Even thought I was very uncomfortable, he and his staff really made me feel welcome and relaxed. The office was very accommodating in fitting me in to see Dr. Goodwin on short notice. From the moment you walk in you can tell the practice is exceptionally clean and the technology is state of the art. The entire staff was also warm and professional throughout my visit. Dr. Goodwin took the time to explain every step of the process, including the diagnosis and treatment plan which helped put me at ease.
