Carlos, his lovely wife, and INCREDIBLE daughter, Joanna, all prepared and served the most intimate and fantastic meal at my sister's wedding dinner that I can confidently and collectively say as a party, we have ever experienced. Amazing service and quality of food. We had a group of 6 in an air bnb and Root Chef did an amazing job cooking, serving and cleaning up after. Would definitely recommend to others. We tried the Mexican cuisine and it was absolutely wonderful!
If I could give a 0 star I would. I was so excited to work with Root Chef Service. We had a large group in Leavenworth for my husbands 30th birthday in late January. We all picked the menu together, were in correspondence with Carlos at Root Chef, and had been corresponding for over a month and set the date/menu etc. I even offered to sign a contract and pay in advance but he told me not to worry about it and that we were all good to go. Thank you for the wonderful Bavarian-style meal--several meats, sauces, hot potato salad, spicy cabbage, terrific multi-ingredient salad, great bread and so much more including your delightful daughter who interacted with us 17 very senior seniors (old college friends). We were charmed and highly recommend Root Chef to anyone who wants a REAL TREAT!! Again, thank you so much.
