I write this review for the person reading this wondering how they will ever get off opioids - I was a model patient here for 6 years (2018-2024), during that time I went through a lot of pain and trauma, most of which were the result of my own actions and lack of self awareness, there were some good staff members like Ben who used to work at the Bristol location when it was still Hartford Dispensary. If you take your sobriety seriously, they will make it very easy for you here. UNTIL: This company will shutter a location on you with ZERO NOTICE. They did it to me in Middletown. But rest assured they will not shutter their collections department.

I'm with the methadone clinic, ever since I switch from new Britain to Middletown things have went down hill. They claim my mother because her being my voluntary conservative I can not sign for myself or revoked releases by myself even though in new Britain she gave permission for me to make my own decision when it comes to my recovery. My mother is only my conservative for when I become I'll like having a seizure and cannot physically speak for myself.
