They never answered phone, so I walked in and nobody was at the desk. Unprofesional
Im a returning patient and man has this place changed for the bad. Today after waiting weeks I finally got my medication appointment. I've been off all of my psych meds for a month. Great scripts will be in today at 2pm. Around 4 I reached out, obviously waiting in withdrawal, and they now say it will be delayed at least until tomorrow. Great. Why didn't they reach out to let me know there was a delay. Im not happy and feel like Im wasting my time with them again. Take what you need but don't trust everything they say to you... read more
It's hard to give this review as it was very easy and quick to get appointments and medication prescribed and APRN and intake counselor were professional helpful and very polite but there's a major problem trying to reach them or getting calls returned. When call you get voicemail and calls don't get returned after leaving mssg in timely manner if at all. I started meds and got extremely sick called to speak with APRN to get info/assistance and got voicemail to leave which was not returned. Seems like good place and could be... read more
