I came to Root Cause Medical Clinic as a last resort, and I’m so glad I did. From the start, I was genuinely impressed with both the clinic and the team. Amanda was incredibly easy to talk to—she truly listened and took the time to understand all of my concerns. I would not recommend root cause. I came to them very sick. I was living in a home full of mold which they helped me find out (one good thing). I came to them being able to eat only 1 food and left the same way. $15 k spent to be put on h1 and h2 blockers (both of which make the gut issues I already have worse). They got me to drink shakes that cost over $780 a month. I would have my GERD bad still with the shakes. These shakes include fillers that make MCAS worse which I have. I cannot recommend Root Cause enough. I reached out because I was miserable around my period, both mentally and physically, and my symptoms were becoming unbearable. I was so sick, no doctors or emergency room could not help me, but Root Cause was able to guide me through the worst symptoms I had ever had. Chronic stomach pain, constipation, nausea and could not eat. I could only lay in bed and on the couch with no relief in site.
