We had an old dead cherry tree and a well-loved old birch tree which had been shedding limbs for awhile and which we had been dreading losing however, they had to be removed. Root Cause submitted the lowest bid and had good reviews. The crew came out to our house and the process we had been dreading was finished in one day leaving minimal clean up. We have more light in the yard now and a fresh prospective for additional work, making the whole experience less painful. Thank you Brian!

I was at Salmon Bay Park when Root Cause came to trim the trees. They were kind, respectful and professional. All the kids at the park were enthusiastic to watch them work. They made the safety of everyone a priority but still made it fun! Thankful for the free toddler entertainment!

The root system of the giant cherry tree in my front yard extends all the way to the back of my lot (3000 sq ft), essentially wrapping itself around my house. Concerned that this might impact the foundation or sewer pipes, I called up Vitality Tree, who referred me to Root Cause for their specialization in root expertise.
