I just had my first visit at Root Cause and so far I am happy with the service rendered from all of the staff. I appreciate the generous amount of time they allotted for my visit. I look forward to working together on my health care needs. My husband and I have now had a few visits and interacted with all the practitioners at Root Cause. We are very happy with our care and the practitioners as well as the staff. We have now taken our teen and she felt safe, seen, and heard. We recommend Root Cause!
I had such a great first appointment with Joanne Pond. I normally don’t leave reviews, but she was so lovely to talk to and she genuinely cares. I’ve never felt more heard. Excited for what’s to come.
