Dr Scott and the staff that works for Root Cause are all extremely ethical amazing punctual and caring individuals. The integrity shown at this place is stellar and I have never been more happy with a primary care physician. You all deserve a pat on the back and atta boy/gal. Overrated, poor service. They don’t send you your results, they just have a medical assistant call you to summarize them. There is no portal or way to look at your results unless you request them. I didn’t receive a call for several weeks for one test, and they never called about the second test. I emailed them and never received a response.
