Root Cause is a well ran establishment with amazing staff! Very convenient for consultations as they schedule appropriately- I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting lounge. I would highly recommend.
Great place, Laura takes great care of me and my health! she listens and really makes me feel like she cares about me as a person! the office staff is amazing as well !! couldnt ask for a better medical provider.
Don’t waste your time or money. If you go to any other doctor in the area they will say that they disapprove of many of the tests they do here. I paid out of pocket for useless information that did not make a difference in my health. Don’t do the elimination diet or the food tests. My condition got SO much worse with the elimination diet, causing me daily pain, and I wish I hadn’t wasted my time here. Dr Jordan Hale is the best! I have a complex set of medical issues and I usually have plenty of questions and he’s always willing to take the time to discuss. Dr Hale has identified several conditions that other doctors have missed.
