He is a graduate of Kansas State University. Dr. Ayers has post graduate training in small animal surgery and orthopedics. They didn’t give our dying cat blood pressure pill before sending her home where she died. They made her last moments stressful and put my husband through more trauma than had to be. My other cat’s labs were documented as discussed with me but never were & they neglected to follow up about her teeth or communicate dietary changes and I only found out when they declined my Rx Amazon cat food order. I fired them and am going to hire a seasoned professional that doesn’t have to be asked to do a basic blood pressure.
RecommendedFriendly staff here. The doctors go above and beyond here. I have very special needs cats and they have saved their lives and comfort in carrying on. Highly recommend them.
This is a wonderful Veterinary clinic. Dr. Ayers and staff are great. They really take care of our babies. And real professionals. I’m happy to bring my Simon her. I know he is being well cared for.

My Charlie dog needed to be seen quickly and the people at root were nothing less than amazing. I truly appreciate all their help and will continue to go to them for my animals needs. ✌🏻
My dog had a medical emergency and we couldn't get into her regular Vet, they were full. I called Root Animal clinic and they were able to see her immediately. We had to make the most difficult decision. Dr. Mason and the staff were so kind to my family and treated my sweet girl with so much care. Thank you.
Dr. Ayers and staff made the transition of my sweet Mia very peaceful. It speaks to the compassion they show their clients, two and four legged alike, even in the midst of a pandemic. Thank you for always taking such great care of my family's animals.
