1 week has passed, 4 phone calls, and still no call back from Root-A-Way Drain cleaning. I had a hole developing in my yard, right next to my house due to a broken sump pump drain. Small businesses (I know, I own one) have to respect their customers, and one of the biggest complaints are no return calls. Extremely disappointing, after these guys came highly recommended. I had a very positive experience with Tony from Root-A-Way. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He really went out of the way to help fix my issue. Very reasonable price. Would for sure recommend.

I would not recommend them they came out to clean my kitchen drain and it was plugged the next time I used it they charged me again for doing the job
Called them on a Saturday, before Easter, and I didn’t even expect the phone to be answered. Not only did they answer, they came out within an hour to fix the issue and the cost was incredibly reasonable. 5/5 stars! Would definitely recommend.
