I had Juston come out today and from his performance I would give a 12/10. He was on time, spot on, and super knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get my pipes unclogged. He ended up having to put in a little extra work but didn't seem to mind. Overall experience was great and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good drain unclogging.
I had a fantastic experience with Root-A-Way Drain Cleaning out of Davison. From the very first call, their customer service was excellent, and it carried through the entire job. Pricing was fair and clearly explained upfront — no surprises. The technician was helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly wanted to get it right. Highly recommend them to anyone dealing with drain issues!
