I'd like to start first off with the fact that this company was very prompt to get someone out same day. The technician I dealt with was Juston, as I have an older home right off the bat we encountered a problem with the fact that my house has a bad ground. He tried to use his inverter to no fault of his own it was down he was going to have to come back the next day with a generator.
