I am the owner of Crank Cycle & Fitness in Lapeer, Mi. Yesterday we had an emergency drain back up that shut our building down! Even my tenant had to shut down for business in our lower level due to the issue. I called our local plumber that we usually use first and they were already over booked and they referred me to Root-A-Way..........WOW! This review is really late but I want to give thanks for you guys coming out to help me. Specifically, Tom, who empathized with the issues I was facing at Maplebrook Village Apartments (Now residences at Grand Blanc). He was super polite and really just down to earth and I appreciate that approach very much. It wasn't just the service he provided, but HOW he provided that service that shined.
