Very poor customer service, especially the “new girl” at the register she seems sleepy or something. They don’t acknowledge their customers and are always on modified hours. Sorry, been there enough times to say they need to step in up especially with customer service!
I paid $100 for a pack of clip ins and was told I only needed one pack and was also given the receipt by the granddaughter “ incase i want to return it “ the hair was so thin it wouldn’t even cover a baby’s head even with more packs i went in to return it and they lady that owns the shop was so rude and refused to give me my money back and said the hair looks good in the picture and it’s quality it’s obviously not and looks horrible I wouldn’t bother spending money here again !! even when i called the first time she was rude
