I am so happy I found Root 39! I had been driving to expensive salons in Buffalo to get my haircut, only to have them cut my hair how THEY wanted to. I go to Root 39 and they perfectly execute exactly what I ask for. It’s a cozy, pretty, comfortable environment in a beautiful building. I’ve been seeing Rita but have seen other girls there and have never had a negative experience.

Seriously the best salon… clean and friendly… I am from DC but visit NY frequently. I needed highlights in between work trips and they fit me right in. Layla is seriously an amazing color artist. This is my second trip back to the salon and I plan on returning every time it’s worth the flight. They are absolutely wonderful at this place.….great pricing and staff….. thank you I will be back!!!
