I have been coming to Root 37 Hair Designs and seeing Lynne for over 20 years! Lynne is a perfectionist and I've always left the salon feeling great! First time at Root 37, I had Weronika and it was honestly the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. My appointment started 20 minutes late, and the stylist constantly cut me off — she’d ask me questions, I’d start answering, and then she’d talk over me. Why even ask questions if you’re not going to listen? She also talked me out of the haircut I originally asked for, and then had to keep re-cutting it because I kept pulling up the inspo pictures and reminding her of what I actually wanted.
