Gary arrived promptly and quickly took action to remove the blockage from the sewer line. He explained his plan and why his plan was the best solution. He was informative and helpful. Root 24 office had great communication and kept me informed. There is a tracking feature so you can get an estimate on arrival time. The communications allow you to plan and is a great stress reliever. Sincere thanks Mike W

EXCELLENT COMPANY! They truly care and get the job done. We pay a monthly fee through American Water to have emergency water main break repair. The first time we had the issue in our driveway back in 2021, Root24 was the company that repaired it through the American Water Resource company that we paid the monthly fee for.
