I recently had an appointment at Root 13 that didn’t go as I had hoped, and I initially left a negative review. However, after reaching out to the owner, Debbie, she handled my concerns very professionally, and seriously. I really appreciate how understanding and responsive she was. While my experience with the stylist wasn’t what I expected, I’m grateful that the salon took the time to make things right. It says a lot about their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Logan is amazing!! She did my tape-in extensions for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better blend and process. I highly recommend Root 13 & Logan!
I took my 9 year old daughter in with a humongous tangle. Logan was extremely patient and educational about how she should take care of her hair. It got that way because her mother stopped brushing it for her. She wouldn't listen to us. Logan helped us teach her a very valuable lesson. It was expensive but for the 13 hours she worked on it. She gave us a generous price. She was amazing!
