The food was awesome. I ordered fried fish. I did an online order. It did take a long time to go through the drive through to get it. Next time I will walk in. At the pick up window the employee could have used a little bit of sugar. I really like the food. When I get in the mood for fried fish I shall return.
Food was nasty, no flavor and expensive fir what we got.
Was very surprised by the service I received today at the Athens location. I go all the the time for lunch when I am working and have always received good service. Apparently if you forget something and ask if you can add it at the window that makes it okay for the staff to be rude. First when I was speaking to him he slammed the window in my face as I was talking and then when he finally came back to see what I needed as soon as I started speaking he proceeded to say quickly quickly quickly. Ordered a double burger. Missed up the order. Went back & manager had an attitude. After being threatened finally left with a partial refund. He didn't want to refund the $5.00 salad. Smh. I hope racism wasn't apart of it, but 0/10. Would not recommend.
