So I had booked my usual appointment at Roosters in Kanata. Upon arrival I found out that Tasha a lovely young lady that had been doing my hair for the past 5+ years, had quit. I completely understand changing jobs or taking time off. It would have been appreciated if I had gotten a call or an email asking to re-book me with another stylist.
