Always very busy here, but the kitchen is still usually getting out orders quickly.
Did dinner on the patio. Service was good. Food was pretty straightforward.
As someone who works in customer service, refreshingly good customer service from Dennis. I had forgotten to put tots on my pickup order and realized as I was checking out. I asked if i could add some and he immediately went to the kitchen and had my tots to me in 5 minutes. Food was also great but the service is what will keep me coming back.
We phoned in 2 orders of wings for carry out, the wings weren’t done!!!! Meat was very mushy!!! This was the Springboro location
