If I could give zero stars, I would their online ordering system is open for the New Britain location and we ordered and it accepted my payment when we went to pick up our food. The place was completely empty lights off when I called the Hartford location several times to get a refund I was told there was no manager or the manager would call and my contact information was given. have gone multiple times and don't have a certain flavor used to be my favorite place to get wings from
Ordered, it was supposed to be open. It was closed when I got there. Had to have it refunded by another store. I should also mention, the order was to be picked up 7 pm. They were supposed to be open until 10 pm
