I came in to get my car inspected, bummer. However, Adam and the guys were so nice and personable. I usually feel like a little girl who's been pat on the head leaving a car shop BUT these guys were so professional. They brought some other things to my attention, and honestly now have a repeat customer and this was all on a whim just to get my car inspected. High 5

My husband and I have been going to Rooster Car Care for a few years for various car repairs. Last week I had my 2016 Nissan Altima tuned up to get another year or so out of it. I requested substantially more work than usual: suspension, tires, alignment, new headlight, washer fluid pump replacement and overall inspection. I am very satisfied with the customer service, repairs, and fair pricing . My car rides like new. I definitely recommend Rooster Ridge Car Care in Conroe.
Rally nice staff. Helpful and knowledgeable. Quicker approval process through my company fleet management than the Ford dealer. Had a mishap with a dead battery they put in my vehicle. Rectified the situation with a free oil change coupon. Nice gesture which meant a lot to me with recognition of delaying the process for 1 hour on a Saturday afternoon.
