I went to Rooster Ridge Auto Service on 242 because my vehicle’s air conditioning was blowing cool air, but not as cold as it should be. It wasn’t blowing hot, just underperforming. I was drawn in by their offer of a *free AC check* and thought it would be a simple way to identify the problem. After the free check, they told me there might be a leak and that they would need to do further testing by injecting dye and running more diagnostics. My State inspection was practically done before I could get settled into their customer lounge! (which was well-appointed and comfortable) The service at the front desk was kind, respectful and efficient! Plus, Rooster Ridge is Veteran owned and operated
The guys at Rooster are great. I was having overheating issues. They took the time, physically tested the car trying to replicate the cause of the issue and did diagnostic tests as well to figure out the issue. They inform you on things that need to be taken care of just as a FYI and don’t pressure or use scare tactics to get you to get them fixed at that moment. The free ride if you need it is a big plus. Prices seem reasonable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Rooster Care on 242/Gosling.
Adam is so kind. He strives to serve the community to the best of his ability, and it’s apparent through simple over the counter conversation. He explains well and is gracious and patient. I really appreciate his great attitude and work ethic! As a woman it can be intimidating going into an auto shop, but I’m not nervous at Rooster Ridge!
