Great service and diagnostics. Excellent customer care and attention to detail.
This placed tried to charge me for an alignment and new tires even though my tires were less than 3 months old. All I came in for was a Texas Vehicle inspection. Based on the other reviews, it seems like this shop has a practice of people bringing in their car for certain services and then being quoted for a much more work-intensive job.
I agree with the numerous consumers who left 1 star reviews for this location, many of whom refer to the employees as con artists. My wife stopped by to have a simple tire repair done today. The tire has a nail in it and just needs a simple plug repair. We had tried to do business with this location once before and they tried to scam us that time too, but they are located very close to our house and we didn't have much time, so we thought we would give them another try.
