I am from Florida and hired Rooster to perform a prepurchase inspection on a motorcycle I was interested in buying in the Clarksville area. He set an appointment with the seller to bring the bike between 9 and 2PM and the seller arrived at 10am. He waited until 1030 for Rooster to show up but didn’t. I called and left a voicemail at 11 asking what happened and Rooster called me back around noon and gave an excuse that he got there at 1035 (I call BS) and said my guy never showed up.
