I was having issues with my aerator pump. I called Rooster Lips and the dispatcher was very helpful and knowledgeable. About an hour later, the driver was able to come out and diagnose my issue. He came back out the next morning and had my aerator pump replaced in no time. He was very thorough in checking everything worked appropriately after the replacement. Great experience.
Rooster Lips went above and beyond to acquire additional hoses to allow them to reach my Hoot sewage system and pump it out (for first time ever). Friendly and competent service despite intense heat and difficult situation. They will be my first call for any future problems
I had my Pump replaced and Lift Station pumped out. Excellent Service and very reasonable priced!
I was so impressed with Rooster Lips - my toilet was acting up - hired a plumber to come out who told me I needed this and needed that and my septic tank was full. Josh with Rooster Lips came out and cleaned out my tank and showed me what was going on and even drew me a picture to explain everything to me. Such a Blessing!! Rooster Lips has my business for sure.
